At Savile Suits, customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. We aim to provide high-quality garments and services, and we understand that, in some cases, a return, refund, or cancellation may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided that processing or production has not already begun. For cancellations, please contact our support team immediately via phone or email.

  • Orders for custom-made or tailored items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Ready-to-ship items can be cancelled if they haven’t been dispatched.

Savile Suits reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect pricing. If your order is cancelled from our side, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.


Refunds

We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.


Refund Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must be intact.

  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

  • Custom-made or altered garments are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Send the product back using a reliable courier service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered in error or damaged.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or videos to verify the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider

  • Reach out to your bank as processing times may vary
